New Era Builders, LLC is a Washington, DC based full service residential remodeling firm. We draw on our local experience and expertise to produce exquisite and customized spaces that meet our clients’ desires for beauty, style, comfort, functionality and value.

Max Sposito
Principal

Background: Max has been in the construction industry since graduating from the University of Maryland in 2013. Prior to starting New Era with Oliver, Max served as a cost estimator, project coordinator, and project manager for a large residential remodeling firm in Washington DC.
Oliver Araoz
Principal
Vice President of
Operations
Background: Oliver has over 15 years of construction experience in residential construction. After graduating from University in Bolivia Oliver traveled to the United States where he became a student of the construction trades. Oliver would spend the next eight years belt-on and in the field acquiring apprentice certifications in electrical and plumbing and serving as a lead carpenter. Oliver would spend the latter half of his construction tenure as a project manager prior to starting his own remodeling company. Oliver has successful executed over 100 renovation projects, ranging from kitchen renovations, to basement underpinnings, to pop-up additions, to large-scale single-family home additions.
